Naenae 45/18

Yesterday's match against Naenae was a reality check for the team. After three quick tries in the first fifteen minutes the team looked a bit shell shocked but no one gave up and we came back to win the second half.

The after match was fantastic! We're going to have to lift our game if we are to match the hospitality of the Naenae boys.

Now that we have had two matches in premier three and shown that we are competitive it is time for the team to show more self belief and get stuck in. Our forwards are matching the other sides and our backs can run around most teams. Our defence has to step up and every tackle has to count.

Next week we are away against St Pats Town #2.
